Projects team at Navigators, successfully managed the transshipment of a Crawler crane that arrived at Jebal Ali. The cargo was a 66-ton heavy equipment that originated its journey in Genoa, Italy. The 157.98 cbm cargo was on its onward journey to Laem Chabang Port in Thailand.
One of the major challenges, the team faced during the handling of this cargo was the shortage of time. The vessel, which was destined to carry the load, skipped its Jebal Ali call. The Navigator team then decided to book another vessel which was due for berthing just 4 hours ahead from client approval time. The team displayed high standards of professionalism in managing the available time in the most resourceful manner and successfully loaded the cargo on to the vessel as decided. One 100-ton heavy load bed was used to transport the cargo for its loading.
"Let me congratulate for your wonderful job. You did the impossible. We are really impressed by your pure dedication to make things happen! Well done!!!" commented the client.
