Consolidated Shipping Services WLL – Bahrain (CSS BAHRAIN) receives another set of Project cargo at APM terminals – Bahrain. ddischarged 2876.461 Tons / 5146.32 FT of Heavy lifts / ODC & General cargo from various origins.

“All these shipments were handled & executed in a timely manner, the entire team worked tirelessly during these difficult & challenging times during this pandemic, we are fully delighted that the operations went accordingly to the plan. We look forward to the same team effort in the forthcoming vessels!!!

The scope:
Receiving of Cargo under Hooks at Bahrain KBSP Port,
Movement to the port storage and HL cargo were put on storage on Stools.
Customs Clearance.
Police & Ministry clearance.
Transport  to Site.

The biggest challenges faced was receiving the cargo on an windy day. With the full support of the port & our technical crew we were able to conclude successfully & safely.  The biggest test was to Transport the over Dimensional 105 Units with 2375 x 451 x 44 / 32 Tons, amidst the Road works enroute and the restrictions imposed by the Authorities.
